Information is generated with a prompt corresponding to the location information. Output is the information with the prompt, which tells the user to start an application of the SNS system. Determined is an administrative area corresponding to the location information. Information is generated with a prompt corresponding to the administrative area. Herewith the information with the prompt comprises a regional identifier of the administrative area containing at least one of the following: a name related to the administrative area, an icon related to the administrative area, a name of a structure within the administrative area and an icon related to the structure within the administrative area.

EFFECT: technical result is the possibility of a prompt displaying basing on a specific administrative area.
