FIELD: package and storage.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to containers for storage and transportation of products, more specifically to containers specially adapted for fruit, in particular to container type tray for transportation, storage and demonstration of strawberries. Tray for strawberries is formed by sheet (1) with flat surface (2), down from which passes several cavities (3) to place strawberries in horizontal position, and upwards several convexes (4) are leaving, which arrangement corresponds to cavities (3). Convexes (4) have a hollow inner space that forms niche (8) for placing strawberries in a vertical position. Geometry and dimensions of each of cavities (3) and recesses (8) are determined by geometry and size of strawberries for placement in them. Tray sheet (1) additionally has multiple lines (10) of rupture, which enable to divide it into multiple trays.
EFFECT: described tray allows to place strawberries in a horizontal position at the first orientation of the tray and in a vertical position with a second orientation of the tray opposite and alternative to the first orientation.
