FIELD: machine parts and assemblies.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an anchor nut for creation of a threaded connection fixed on the surface of the assembly element and can be used in aircraft engineering. Anchor floating nut contains holder (1) with connecting elements (2, 3) and housing (4) with threaded hole (5). Cage is equipped with platform (6) with hole (7) and is shaped with cavity (8). Cavity is formed by inner surfaces of side faces (9, 10) and inner surface of platform (11). Housing (4) on side of first end (12) passes with clearance through hole (7) in platform (6). Second end face of housing (13) located inside cavity (8) is equipped with flange (14) with at least two faces (15, 16). Two faces of the flange are arranged with a gap against internal surfaces of side faces (9, 10) of cavity (8) of the holder. Nut is equipped with plate (17). Plate (17) is located in cavity of cartridge opposite to second end (13) of housing (4). Ends of plate (18, 19) are bent over outer surface (20) of platform (6). Movement of housing in direction of axis of threaded hole inside cavity of holder is provided with dimensions (21) between surfaces of plate above external surface of platform in place of bend and its surface located opposite housing flange.

EFFECT: increased rigidity and strength of the structure, exclusion of the cage deformation during assembly of the nut, and also reduction of weight.
