SUBSTANCE: kit contains monolithic, stack-mounted or welded hub with eight facets on the outer surface. Inside the hub there is a hole with eight facets located opposite faces of the hub. On one end side of the hub there is a flange having a through-hole in the center to secure in the drive. On two end surfaces of the hub with flange opposite the eight faceted angles there are mounting holes to secure changeable working parts in them. In the hub flange around the central drive hole there are mounting holes, in which tapered holes are made for centered rigid mounting of the tool on the housing flange of the drive. From the bottom of the outer faces of the hub in each face a through step-type hole is made, and above - the teeth hole with teeth of equal module, in which a blade shank is inserted with a gap with round neck. The blade shank is fixed in the hub. At the bottom the shank flange rests on the bottom of the hub. The intermediate part of the shank is made as a flat neck. On two side end faces of the flat neck on two sides the bevel are made along the entire length. The lower end of the flat neck is made monolithic with blade cutter or welded to the part made in the upper part of the blade cutter forming a bi-site mounting pad. At the mounting pad the holes are made that serve to install the kit changeable working parts of the tool. Contour of the blade cutter can be made solid and round with bevel and cutting edge on the one side, monolithic with the shank or welded with a flat neck. Along the profile part of the cutter the radius hollows can be made with a bevel and sharp cutting edge. On the flat neck of each blade shank two holes are made that are used to install in the changeable working parts. During the main tool assembly in the hub all the blade cutters are installed deployed at an angle of attack in one direction for treatment without soil inversion and work with one tool installed on uniaxial housing drive. When using two tools on dual-axis housing drive the cutters can be deployed towards each other at an angle of attack for soil treatment in rectilinear motion. For soil treatment with a layer turnover all blade cutters are installed in the tool hub with cutting edges in line. In the primary main assembly of the tool for quality soil tillage on the hub of tool with cutters a kit spike leveler can be installed. The equaliser is designed as a tubular rim with the flange welded inside. In the internal space between the rim and the flange the gussets are welded. At the outer radial surface of the rim the pins of round shape with pointed ends to the bottom are placed and welded. The levelers are mounted on the hub. In the primary main completeness the tool has a kit rack-mount housing microvibrating drive with a spring guard, containing one round rack at the upper end of which there is a thread, on the middle part the teeth of the same module are made. At the lower end the holes are made within which the pin is pressed, intended for assembling of one or two axes. Each axis has two necks for installation of two bearings. The design provides micro-vibration of the tool in the process.
EFFECT: constructive implementation enables to expand the functionality of the tool.
