SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to television engineering and can be mainly used in surveillance systems which are made using matrix photodetectors made using technology of complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) structures. Result is achieved by using CMOS photodetector arrays as telecam sensors, setting target ratio of light-sensitive element amplification factors for said targets. At that, on computer monitor screen combined image is reproduced, which relative to initially presented image consists of enlarged section and remaining part with invariable scale.

EFFECT: reduced loss in resolution of image in time.
