SUBSTANCE: prototype television camera includes a reducer, a shutter and a shutter control unit; the computer includes a video card; in the television camera, a first television signal sensor is based on a "row-frame transfer" CCD array. The inclusion of a first sensor of an additional pulse former for clocked supply of the photodetector enables summation of charge packets of adjacent frames.
EFFECT: wider dynamic range of the image of monitored objects, transmitted in a composite image outside the window, by increasing the signal-to-noise ratio in the output video signal of the television camera for dark or low-illuminated components of said objects by increasing the duration of accumulation of information charges in the photodetector.
