FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to antenna engineering and specifically to automotive antennae and can be used in anti-theft alarm systems. Disclosed is an automobile antenna, having a first pair of conductors 1 and 2, installed under front bumper 3 at a sufficient distance from metal parts of car in niche under left and right headlights of car. Ends of conductors 1 and 2 are connected to corresponding inputs of adder 4 by means of cables. Second pair of conductors 5 and 6 is installed in the rear part of the car and is covered with rear bumper 7. Ends of conductors 5 and 6 are connected to adder 8 by means of cables. Outputs of summators 4 and 8 are connected to inputs of adder 9.
EFFECT: this technical solution provides antenna concealment, symmetrical total (approaching circular) beam pattern and antenna protection against external climatic factors.
