FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composition of composite materials-semi-finished products, which are put into operational state by water mixing, including cement matrix modified with a set of polymers, and can be used in the industry of construction materials as an independent structural, barrier composite material, as well as in the manufacture of equipment, articles, structures, erection of buildings and structures for various purposes. Non-combustible composite material-semi-finished product, containing a matrix in an unmolded form, capable of providing penetration of tempering water into the entire structure of the material without mixing, in a sealed form able to ensure compliance of modulus of elasticity of crystallized matrix with stretching before break of reinforcing carcass. Power volumetric reinforcing filament frame is made of basalt microfibers assembled into continuous threads and rovings; most of which are arranged rectilinearly without fractures and oriented perpendicular to predicted operational loads; composite material contains, wt. %: quartz sand of fraction not more than 0.4 mm 5–30, white cement of mark not less than 500, ground to Ssp 4000-5000 cm2/g, 5–10, alumina cement, surfaced to Ssp 4000–5000 cm 2/g, 0.05–0.5, mineral powder ground to Ssp 4000–5000 cm2/g, 0.05–0.5, mica ground to Ssp 4000–5000 cm2/g, 5–10, pozzolanic component with Ssp 4000–5000 cm2/g 5–10, cellulose 0.05–5, polyvinyl acetate 0.005–0.02, said carcass being the rest.

EFFECT: technical result is higher compression and tensile strength.
