FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an apparatus for evaporation and cooling of raw materials (embodiments), where one of the embodiments comprises: a receiving container for the processed raw material, a container for receiving condensate, a device for condensing the formed vapours, power source for heating of reservoir with processed raw material, connecting pipes and shutoff valve accessories, where it additionally comprises refrigerating unit, cold accumulator, receiver cylinder, air compressor, vacuum pump, wherein receiving container is made heated, is equipped with hermetically closed cover, drive mixer, temperature controller and branch pipes with valves for draining processed raw material, feed raw material for cooling and evaporation, wherein refrigerating unit is made with coolant-operated compressor with radiator and air cooling motor-fan, cold storage is arranged above refrigerating unit and receiver balloon connected to vacuum pump, is equipped with temperature controller and is made in form of sealed heat-insulated non-freezing coolant-filled container, inside which there is condensate formation device, coolant evaporator and secondary cooler, each made in the form of coil tube, as well as device for forced circulation of heat carrier, wherein cold storage devices located inside the device are equipped with flexible hoses with branch pipes extending beyond the cold accumulator capacity, the coolant evaporator by the upper end through the temperature control device is connected to the refrigerating unit, and lower end is connected to cooling unit for cooling agent circulation, secondary cooler by lower end is connected to container for receiving condensate, and upper end - with receiver balloon, at that, device for formation of condensate upper end is connected to receiving capacity, and lower is to container for receiving condensate, and device for forced circulation of heat carrier by aeration method is made in the form of tube, upper end of which is connected to air compressor, and lower is located in lower part of cold accumulator.

EFFECT: technical result consists in ensuring the possibility of processing perishable raw materials in places remote from the main production, without the access of the outside cooled coolant.
