FIELD: construction industry; surface ground improvement.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for year-round temperature stabilization of the soil and can be used in the construction and operation of various facilities in permafrost areas remote from centralized power supply and not having their own reliable and economical generation sources. The expected result is achieved by the fact that the method for combined year-round temperature stabilization of the soil includes active cooling of the soil with the help of a refrigerating machine and passive cooling of the soil with the help of heat stabilizers with natural circulation of refrigerating agent in the cold season, while in the cold season, the heated coolant is diverted from the seasonally active cooling device to a thermally insulated container, in which a battery pack and a backup source are placed, serving to generate electricity, which is supplied to the converter unit, the converter unit for transmitting electricity to the refrigerator, a control unit for receiving a signal about an increase in ground temperature, activating the transmission of electricity to the refrigerator and the battery pack, and a circulation pump, while recharging the battery pack is carried out at the expense of renewable energy sources and a backup source.
EFFECT: increase in the reliability and degree of autonomy of the processes of year-round soil cooling.
