FIELD: agriculture; machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agricultural machine building, in particular to a method and system for processing wastes of poultry factories, for example, poultry lime into a commercial product - organic-mineral fertilizers (EcoChar). Method comprises loading litter into storage bin, transporting litter by screw conveyor from bin for storage into drum dryer with straight-flow movement of raw material and heat carrier for drying material to required moisture content, after which air and product obtained after drying are directed into cyclone, where air flow is separated from product obtained after drying, directing saturated air into atmosphere through exhaust pipe having function of flare discharge and air admixture, wherein moisture is removed to atmosphere and condensed, and dry substrate - product obtained after drying, is directed by screw conveyors into accumulation bin of dry material, and then using screw conveyors substrate is sent either to storage for secondary use of litter, or into gasifier, where substrate is supplied with controlled flow from supply bunker supply section into reaction section of gasifier by four feeder screw conveyors, also by means of additional screw conveyor possibility of raw litter supply (without drying) is provided directly into receiving bin of gasifier, in the reaction section, gasification takes place in a medium with insufficient oxygen owing to an additional system for supplying air to the supply section and a gasifier reaction section, as well as structures of four screw conveyors of feed section with controlled motions - direction of their rotation relative to each other is selected with alternation clockwise and counterclockwise, uniformly distributed and thoroughly mixed raw material in supply section of gasifier, which leads to equalization of concentration of mixture of raw materials throughout the volume of working chamber of this section with formation of uniform mixture over the entire working volume of gasifier, which reduces impact of high temperatures on conveyor screws, and also leads to redistribution of gasification process - more active in supply section and reduction in reaction section, as a result of which combustion temperature in the reaction section decreases and becomes controlled, gasification enables to obtain syngas which is directed for processing into an oxidiser, and a solid residue, which by means of screw unloading conveyors is directed to a mixing hopper with an inlet-exhaust ventilation system, which enables to mix, dry the solid residue and remove heat and moisture into the atmosphere.

EFFECT: task of the proposed method and system is to increase efficiency of the process of processing floor mats of poultry floor housing in organomineral fertilizer.
