FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing liquid fuel. Method includes: a) conversion of solid carbonaceous material in the gasification unit to form a gasifier syngas; b) laying gasifier syngas in the gas processing unit and treating therein a gasifier syngas, said gas processing unit including an acid gas removal unit for removing less than 50 % of CO2 in the gasifier syngas; c) forming at least a stream of treated gas-gas syngas containing at least 50 % CO2 syngas gasifier, gas flow, enriched CO2, and a stream enriched in sulfur; d) using at least 90 % of enriched CO2 gas flow during the formation of gasifier syngas; e) conversion of light fossil fuel in the light fossil fuel conversion unit to form enriched H2 syngas containing H2 and CO in a molar ratio of H2/CO ratio of at least 2:1; f) combining the treated gas-gas syngas and the enriched H2 syngas to form a mixed syngas having a higher H2/CO than in the flow of the treated gas-gas syngas; g) conversion of mixed syngas to form a liquid fuel product and a by-product stream containing one or more substances from hydrogen, CO, steam, methane and hydrocarbons containing 2–8 carbon atoms and 0–2 oxygen atoms; and h) reacting up to 100 % of the by-product stream in the light fossil fuel conversion unit to promote the formation of enriched H2 syngas.
EFFECT: invention allows more efficient production of liquid fuels.
