FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: submersible electric motor includes motor housing, rotor with permanent magnets, stator, on outer surface of which there are longitudinal slots. In magnetic conductor of each stator section there are retainers passing through all magnetic conductor plates located at an angle of not more than 120° relative to each other and number of not less than three, and end plates on both sides of magnetic conductor, connected with retainers. Design of retainers provides their rigid attachment to magnetic conductor and fixed plates relative to each other in radial and axial directions, which increases rigidity of stator sections. Magnetic conductor of each section of stator is tightened by retainers and end plates and wound by phase winding before installation in solid body. Stator section stiffening allows to make the body solid and with smooth inner surface along the whole stator length.
EFFECT: improved tightness of the electric motor, reduced number of process operations when processing the inner surface of the motor housing, increased stiffness of the stator section structure.
