SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of manufacturing a “motor head” part for a submersible electric centrifugal pump, comprising the manufacture of a cylindrical body with a longitudinal hole for the shaft and an anchor sleeve and the subsequent manufacture of the assembly by pressing fit the support sleeve on the seat in the opening of the housing. Casing is made with a one-sided truss on the outer surface, and at the base of the boom a hole is made with an inclined channel for the current lead, the enveloping surface of the seat and the lateral surface of the channel of the current inlet partially intersect at the end of the body, forming a longitudinal notch of the segment of the enveloping surface of the seat. Sleeve on the mating part of the covered surface, corresponding to the cut-out of the segment on the seat, is performed with a milling platform. Before the operation of the press fit, the sleeve is modified at a site located in the opposite sector with respect to the milling platform, by sampling the segment of the covered surface in a shape that matches the shape and size of the milling platform, while the depth of sampling is not less than 0.15 mm, but does not exceed the value of the tolerance field for processing the sleeve. Design of the part manufactured by the method described above is also disclosed.

EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing the coaxiality of the housing and the supporting sleeve in the manufacture of the assembly of the press connection of the parts of the motor head for a submersible centrifugal pump.
