FIELD: construction materials.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat and sound insulating construction materials produced on the basis of paper wastes. Method of producing heat and sound insulation material "LUCHEX" includes feeding paper wastes, grinding at a first step in a coarse shredder, Secondary grinding is ground at medium grinding mill, mixed with boric acid in mixing chamber, milled at third stage in whirlwind grinder, separated from cyclone. After the first, second stage of the mixing chamber and the third stage, the ground mixture under action of rarefaction created by the fan is supplied in a turbulent air flow, moving at rate of 2–3 m/s via an air duct tangentially embedded into the side cylindrical walls of the coarse grinder, medium milling medium vortex mill, mixing chamber, fine grinding vortex grinder and cyclone. Obtained heat and sound insulation material is characterized by: quantitative ratio of paper wastes and boric acid is equal to (83–91) m/(17–9) mas; average length of fiber is within 1.8–2 mm; pH is equal to 6; heat conductivity is equal to 0.037 W/(m·°C) density of 25.02 kg/m3.

EFFECT: invention allows to reduce specific power inputs and prime cost of heat and sound insulation material, improve its heat and sound insulation properties, achieve optimum index of chemical inertness of material, increase efficiency of its use.
