FIELD: automotive industry.
SUBSTANCE: pneumatic tire of vehicle comprises tread with at least one row of grousers, which has grousers (1) or is structured as grousers. Grousers (1) are separated from each other in circumferential direction by transverse channels (2), which pass at an angle ≤ 45° relative to the axial direction. Each grouser (1) is limited on side of transverse channel and on periphery of protector by edges (3, 4, 5', 5) of grouser and intersects with several furrows (7, 7') passing in parallel or in essence parallel to transverse channels (2). Furrows have width from 0.4 mm to 1.2 mm. At least one of grouser edges (3, 5) on side of transverse channel consists of sections (3a, 3b; 5a, 5b, 5c), which pass at an angle to each other. Said or at least one of grouser edges (3, 5) on side of transverse channel consists of sections (3a, 3b; 5a, 5b, 5c), which extend at an angle to each other, limits grouser (1) at least in sections in elevated edge area (6), which has height (h) from 0.2 mm to 0.5 mm relative to level of rest surface of grouser in radial direction and which has on its upper side width (b) from 0.2 mm to 1.2 mm.
EFFECT: improved operational characteristics of tire on ice-covered road surface.
