FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing chemical fiber from organic-wood wastes and can be used for production of knitted or non-woven textile surfaces. Method of processing organic wastes to obtain secondary raw materials involves grinding wood wastes, feeding into reactor 1 for continuous steam-blasting treatment with saturated steam at temperature of 170–220 °C, adding a by-product in the form of sugars from reactor 1 for processing into a container with organic solvent 6, feeding the treated in the reactor waste in the form of activated lignocellulose pulp (ALP) into boiling boiler 5 for conducting sulphate cooking combined with bleaching, at a temperature of about 170 °C, introducing the obtained cellulose mass into washing apparatus 9, where water is fed, and then into a cellulose dissolution chamber 8, where a direct organic solvent 6 is fed to form spinning solution 10, obtained solution is extruded by pumping solution through nozzle 12 through pouring nozzle 12 in hardening chamber 15 to form threads which are wound on bobbin, wood wastes are ground into particles with nominal diameter of 10–15 mm, steam-blasting processing is performed at pressure of 0.8–1.2 MPa for 5–10 minutes, nominal diameter of ALM particles supplied to cooking pot is 2–8 mm, sulphate cooking is started with impregnation of ALM with moisture content of 120–140 % alkali solutions for 2 hours, cellulose mass with content of residual lignin 3–7 % of cellulose derivatives is introduced into flushing device.

EFFECT: technical result is production of fiber with high quality indices.
