FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gas industry, namely, to pressure regulators. Control includes central nozzle body, control valve with actuator, control controller and pressure sensor, wherein central body is located inside nozzle, inlet and outlet of flow housing are connected to high and low pressure pipes, respectively, and to each other via pipeline with control valve, input of actuating device of which is connected to output of control controller connected to output of pressure sensor installed before output branch pipe of low pressure.
EFFECT: high efficiency of the reduction process by maintaining pressure at the outlet of the thermoacoustic pressure regulator at a given level with the lowest value of gas temperature drop in wide ranges of input pressures and flow rates through it.
