FIELD: heat power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering, in particular to devices for combustion of secondary solid hydrocarbon materials, for example used tires or industrial rubber articles, in order to recycle combustible wastes. Device for combustion of solid fuel in pulsating flow includes tight bin with sluices, and located under it sealed pre-combustion chamber with sluice, under which there is tightly arranged retort with sluice. At the same time the sluices have electric drives for their opening and closing from the control unit, which is made with computer support. Sealed retort is located inside combustion chamber equipped with burner, at that, retort has branch pipe with electrically driven gate valve to discharge pyrolysis gas to consumers. Combustion chamber serves for fuel combustion and heating due to heat release of retort surface. There is blower of blow air supply to external burners, at that, blasting air is supplied from fan to external burners of combustion chamber and serves for intensification of fuel combustion process at reheating of retort. There is a resonator tube attached to the combustion chamber and serving for removal of combustion products. Note here that combustion chamber, retort, pre-combustion chamber, hopper, resonator tube, pyrolysis gas discharge pipe and air and fuel feed lines have temperature, pressure and gas composition sensors. On the air and fuel supply lines, in the pyrolysis gas discharge branch pipe and in the resonator pipe there are flow meters. Computer control unit is electrically connected with temperature, pressure and gas composition sensors, electric drives of gate valves, sluices, a fan and with an electric drive of change of the resonator pipe, by means of which computerized control of the combustion process is carried out.

EFFECT: obtaining qualitative pyrolysis gas in thermochemical decomposition of solid hydrocarbon materials without air access.
