FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for producing wood from charcoal and pyrolysis gas for use as fuel and raw material for further deep chemical processing. Carbonizing unit comprises furnace, retort, cooling jacket, gas duct for removal of combustion products, stack, smoke exhauster and blower to create balanced thrust in furnace, and the retort has a pipeline for removing pyrolysis gas, the burner has a burner for burning gaseous fuel and supplying heated air coming from the cooling jacket, there is a detachable perforated holder, inserted into the retort for loading of wood raw material, there are tight hatches for loading wood fuel into the furnace and wood raw material, there is a sealed gate for removal of ash from the furnace, there is a compressor with a receiver for compression and storage of pyrolysis gas released during thermochemical decomposition of wood raw material, there is a process connection of supply of a certain portion of pyrolysis gas via a pipeline from receiver to burner for its combustion, there are gas analysers for determining composition, temperature, flow rate and pressure of combustion products and pyrolysis gas, by indications of which is determined optimum duration of pyrolysis process and consumption of gaseous fuel burnt in furnace during charcoal production, and the unit itself structurally consists of three interconnected units interconnected by means of gas ducts with remotely switched gate valves for movement of combustion products, air ducts with remotely switched gate valves for movement of air for combustion, pipelines with remotely switched shutoff valves for movement of pyrolysis gas into burners and receiver, and in each of blocks passes one of stages of technological process: drying of wood fuel with wood raw material, pyrolysis of wood raw material, cooling of retort with coal, wherein the duration of processes in the wood fuel and raw material drying unit and in the coal cooling unit is determined from the readings of the unit gas analysers, in which the pyrolysis process takes place directly.
EFFECT: technical result is pyrolysis in optimal mode with fuel saving, maximum utilization of heat of burnt fuel and obtaining pyrolysis gas.
