SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to logistics and can be used to process a list of customer orders. Method comprises steps of: selecting a reference number, which is present in the largest number of rows of customer orders from all rows of orders of customers of the list of customer orders; determining a set E of all NE customer orders, each of which contains client order line, which contains selected reference number; creating group G of N customer orders, which are or NE orders of clients, if NE≤Nmax, wherein Nmax is a predetermined threshold value, or Nmax first orders of clients obtained after sorting NE of customer orders in accordance with consecutive order by descending of priority level, if NE>Nmax; constructing LC list, in general, of K lines of customer orders, which are contained in N orders of clients of group G, in accordance with set of rules, and the client order preparation system is controlled so as to move the source loads to the takeoff position, and the dispatched loads to the insertion position and that the sent goods are circulated in the closed loop to the insertion position in accordance with the LC list.
EFFECT: technical result is elimination of errors when preparing customer orders.
