FIELD: engine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in engine building. Conrod-free rotary engine comprises housing (1), in which cylinders (2), (3), (4) with combustion chambers (9) and pistons (7), (8) and a mechanism for conversion of reciprocating motion into rotary motion are located. Pistons (7), (8) are rigidly connected by rods (11) with shafts (13) of rollers (14). On housing (1) for each of cylinders (2), (3), (4) ignition contact (6) is fixed and rotor (5) is installed. Inside rotor (5) there is an elliptic cavity with two ledges (16) of ignition and three T-shaped elliptical grooves (15). Cylinders (2), (3), (4) with their middle part are fixed at angle of 120° to each other on body (1) in series along axis of rotor (5) and perpendicular to axis of rotor (5). Every cylinder (2), (3), (4) comprises two pistons (7), (8), one combustion chamber (9) and spark plug. On each piston (7), (8) two parallel rods (11) are fixed, free ends of which are moved outside housing (1) through two linear bearings (12). On opposite ends of rods (11) shaft (13) with two rollers (14) is fixed. To supply voltage to ignition plug ignition projection (16) closes contact (6) of ignition.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of engine reliability.
