DEVICE FOR HYDRODYNAMIC LOGGING Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC E21B49/08

Abstract RU 2737594 C1

FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining and is intended for hydrodynamic studies of uncased wells with instruments on cable. Device is made in the form of two functional and simultaneously transportation units equipped with docking units. First unit comprises a power supply unit for electromechanical drives and an electromagnetic valve, an electromechanical drive of the first unit with a power rod having a fixed stroke L1. Hydraulic first unit is a piston cylinder double acting single-rod and piston with a working area Sk and So. At that, the hydraulic cylinder large chamber is connected to the double-control valve by the main hydraulic channel, made for example, in the form of a spring-loaded piston with area S1, behind the valve main hydraulic channel is connected to the buffer hydraulic cylinder with the piston. Small chamber of double-acting hydraulic cylinder with working area of piston Sk is partially filled with hydraulic fluid, is connected by channel with small hydraulic cylinder with piston with area S1, smaller than Sk, on reverse side piston is connected to main hydraulic channel and contacts with pusher of said valve. Piston of the above buffer hydraulic cylinder is in contact with the rod connected to the linear displacement transducer. Rod is connected to the first piston of the sampling container. Small chamber of the sample receiver contains at least two additional ring differential pistons, which do not contact each other and with the first piston; and communicated with well, and the receiving chamber is connected to the docking assembly of the first unit with the docking tube, which enters the docking channel of the second unit. In the second unit, the upper part of the pusher rod of the control mechanism of the clamping system is connected to the movable unit of the clamping system, and its lower part is located in hydraulically isolated chamber and contacts with piston, which is connected by main hydraulic channel with other piston of hydraulic drive of clamping system. Electromagnetic valve is installed in channel connecting main hydraulic channel with ballast chamber, wherein maximum stroke of power rod of electromechanical drive of second unit is less than that of first unit.

EFFECT: technical result consists in providing high reliability, efficiency and manufacturability during operation of device for hydrodynamic logging.
