FIELD: downhole hydrocarbons production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of downhole hydrocarbons, and specifically to control processes in simultaneous-separate production and simultaneous-separate injection. The valve control device comprises a housing mounted on a coupling or sub or inside the outer housing, with inlet and outlet openings. The valve includes a chamber with a separating piston connected to the ballast chamber through a locking device. The locking device consists of a pressure regulator and a hydraulic relay. The device contains the first separating piston, made with the possibility of moving only in one direction - towards the ballast chamber, due to the excess pressure of the well fluid passing through the inlet holes, and due to the zero pressure of the ballast chamber. The control device for a valve, or a throttle, or a gate valve, located in the outer housing or coupling and fixed on the second separating piston, includes the first chamber formed by the body and the second separating piston, inside which the first separating piston with a rod is installed, and connected to the ballast chamber through the first locking device. Additionally, the first locking device contains a dosing chamber and a second hydraulic relay. The rod communicates with the second chamber formed by the body and the rod and connected by means of the second locking device to the ballast chamber. The ballast chamber contains a power supply, control and communication unit, made with the possibility of autonomous power supply of the valve control device. A method for controlling flow in a well is claimed, including a valve control device.
EFFECT: use of reservoir pressure energy to control the valve and control the flow in the well.
