SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a cartridge forming a portion of a teat cup comprising a connector, wherein the teat cup is attachable to an animal teat to be milked, wherein cartridge comprises elongated sleeve extending parallel to longitudinal central axis (x) and having upper end section and lower end section, teat cup insert, pre-installed in elongated sleeve and having inner space for receiving said teat, a pulsation chamber between the inner side of the elongated sleeve and the outer side of the teat cup insert. At that, teat cup insert comprises upper end section located in elongated sleeve upper end section, lower end section, located in lower end section of elongated sleeve, and barrel section extending between upper end section and lower end section. Stem section at rest has polygonal shape in cross section forming three angular sections and three side sections, each of which connects two of said angular sections. Elongated sleeve comprises the main locking element. Teat sleeve insert comprises the main complementary locking member. Main locking element and the main complementary locking element are engaged one after another to prevent turn of the teat cup insert relative to the elongated sleeve around the longitudinal central axis.
