FIELD: electric power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to small distributed power engineering and is intended for decentralized power supply, as well as environmentally safe disposal of solid municipal wastes, and is aimed at solving technical problem of increasing efficiency of autonomous power generation using small power plants based on local energy resources - solid low-grade carbon-containing material - off-grade biomass, peat, brown coal with minimization of harmful emissions. Prepared raw material is subjected to steam-air gasification in dense layer simultaneously in several cylindrical reverse-inclined rotary-reactors with steam-water jacket, fuel gas is used in gas-piston engines of power units. Gasification in the reactor is carried out alternately in modes of reverse and direct processes with cleaning of fuel gas by means of filtration through the formed layer of activated carbon and with cooling - water evaporation and air. Preliminary raw material is subjected to recuperative air drying with conductive heating due to fuel gas heat by construction of closed water circulation circuit for reactor heat protection, production and cooling of fuel gas, as well as heat from cooling of engines and exhaust gases cleaned before release of activated carbon. Method is implemented by means of small solid-fuel power plant in fuel preparation, gasification and electric power stations in semi-stationary and mobile (with integration of units) design.

EFFECT: low cost of electric power, increased compactness, readiness, reliability, durability, repairability and electric efficiency of electric power station, continuity of its autonomous operation, provision of environmental safety.
