FIELD: heat exchange.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat exchange equipment and can be used in various industries. Disclosed is a shell-and-tube repair heat exchanger, having casing 2, heat exchange tubes 5, tube grid 3 with socket holes 4 for laying heat exchange tubes and seals 6 of heat exchange tubes 5. Seals 6 are located in thickness of pipe grid 3 at different heights. Pipes 5 can protrude above face surface of tube plate 3 and are fixed against loss by limiting element 8 fixed above their ends 7. Tube grid 3 is sealed along inner surface 13 of neck 1 of casing 2 by elastic sealing element 12, laid on its outer surface 9 and limited by intermediate element 10, resting on ledge 11 on one side, and on other side by limited tread element 14. Element 14 is fixed against falling out by locking member 15 located in bore 16 of casing neck, which simultaneously fixes tube grid 3 against loss from neck of casing 2.
EFFECT: proposed design allows replacement of heat exchange tubes, providing access to seals arranged in thickness of tube plate, replacement of tube plate seal and neck of casing without dismantling of tube grids.
