FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in automatic surfacing for reclamation of worn-out parts, namely, scraper blades of a threshing machine of a combine harvester, made from steel with increased carbon equivalent. After pre-heating of scrap, its worn-out part is built up under flux layer and then isothermal annealing. Preheating is carried out to temperature of 1000 °C for 20 minutes with heating element arranged on one side of the blade, with its simultaneous cooling by copper water-cooled cooler installed on the other side of recoverable blade. Heating and cooling are carried out from the condition of creation of a temperature gradient in the worn part of the scourge, which provides diffuse redistribution of carbon content in the heating zone with partial decarburization of carbon content. On the side of the heating element, an asbestos screen is placed on the surface of the reconditioned blade, which limits the heating zone along the length of the reconditioning blade.
EFFECT: technical result consists in exclusion of formation of hot and cold cracks after recovery of worn-out parts.
