FIELD: agricultural engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machinery, in particular to threshing and separating devices of combine harvesters. The threshing-separating device contains a frame 1, a threshing drum 2, a beater distributor 4, two rotors 5 and concaves 6 and 7 mounted under the working bodies. The rotors 5 are pivotally mounted in the frame 1 perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the combine with the possibility of rotation in opposite directions relative to each other. At the same time, the threshing-separating device additionally contains a support, a drive, axles and a mechanism for changing the position of the drum, consisting of a system of levers pivotally connected to each other. The rotors 5 include a threshing and separating zones, under which the concaves 6 and 7 are located. For the threshing zone of the rotors 5, the concaves 6 are fixed pivotally with the possibility of changing the gap between the inner surface of the concave 6 and the outer surface of the rasps of the rotor 5, and for the separating zone of the rotor 5, the concaves 7 are stationary, with a gap of constant magnitude relative to the rotor 5 along the entire length of the separating zone.

EFFECT: threshing and separating device provides an increase in the productivity of the combine harvester by reducing the load and reducing crushing and injury of grain.
