FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used in electrical machines, especially in electric motors. Essence of invention: winding wire contains copper conductor coated with two-layer insulation, first layer of which is made from mica-containing tape consisting of electrically insulating glass fabric with thickness of 25-30 mcm and mica paper based on mica phlogopite with thickness of 40-150 mcm. Electroconductive glass fabric and mica paper based on phlogopite mica are impregnated and glued together by organosilicon binder. Second layer of insulation is made of polyimide-fluoroplastic film. Two-layer insulation is baked in a thermal chamber at temperature of 400-500°C for 3-5 minutes to form a coke residue in organosilicon binder of not less than 40%. Properties of wire are high temperatures of thermal destruction of insulation, chemical resistance, hydrostability and high extreme overvoltage, which increases service life of windings of electric machines.
EFFECT: high mechanical strength, temperature of thermal destruction of insulation and extreme overvoltage, which it is able to withstand.
