FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to multistage gearbox with dual clutch. Multistage transmission (10) comprises housing (12) of main reduction gear (13) with multiple paired gears (14-15), (16-17), (18-19), (20-21), (22-23), (24-25-26), controlled by couplings (27), (28) and (29), to obtain different gear ratios. Gears (14), (16), (18), (20), (22) and (24) are installed on primary shafts of round solid (30) and hollow (31) sections. Shafts (30) and (31) are connected via two clutch couplings (32) and (33) to input shaft (34). Gears (15), (17), (19), (21), (23) and (25) are arranged on intermediate shaft (35) passing through support plate (36). In gearbox (10) gears (14), (16), (18), (20), (22) and (24) are rigidly fixed on shafts (30) and (31) and located one after another. Double-sided couplings (27), (28) and (29) are mounted in series in gaps (38), (39) and (40) between each pair of gears (17-19), (15-23), (21-25), installed freely on intermediate shaft (35). Shaft (35) is rigidly fixed to block (42) of gears (43) and (44) of additional reduction gear (45). Gears (43) and (44) are engaged with gears (46) and (47) installed freely on output shaft (37). Gears (46) and (47) are controlled by two-way clutch (48). Output shaft (37) has section (49) passing through support plate (36). On section (49) one-way coupling (50) is installed, which is located coaxially to gear rim with friction cone (51). Gear rim with cone (51) is fixed on primary shaft (30) of solid cross-section.
EFFECT: higher traction-speed characteristics of vehicle.
