FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to paint material intended for anticorrosive protection of inner surface of tanks with light oil products. Epoxy paint material contains the following components, with their ratio, wt%: 31-33 epoxy resin ED-20, 2-3 active diluent Laproksid-301G, 5-6 active diluent Laprolat-803, DISPERBYK®-110 dispersant 0.5, 0.5 antifoaming additive BYK-530, 0.2 thixotropic additive BYK-410, 0.5 aluminum powder of PAP-1 grade, 14-16 of P-805E technical carbon, 23 of MIBARI 05-96 grade microbarite, the rest is organic solvents: acetone, o-xylene and ethyl cellosolve at ratio of 7/9/3.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a lacquer-painting material having the following properties: high rate of hardening of the paint coat with wet film thickness of 300 mcm to degree 3 (according to GOST 19007-73) - not more than 3 hours (at T = 20±3°C), specific volumetric electrical resistance - not more than 108 Ohm⋅m; reduced adhesion strength of coating (GOST 32299) after exposure to motor gasoline AI-95 for 1500 hours at temperature 20°C - not more than by 50%; by dielectric loss angle tangent (GOST 9.409) after 3% NaCl solution at 40°C for 1500 hours - not more than 0.2.
