FIELD: gas processing.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to variants of an associated petroleum gas (APG) processing unit producing a propane-butane fraction (PBF). One of the variants of the unit includes a compressor station located on an APG and stabilization gas mixture supply line, a fractional column with an external cold source, a stabilization apparatus, a separator with gas and residue outlet lines and a unit for drying and/or purifying the gas from hydrogen sulfide and mercaptans. The unit therein is equipped with an APG supply line with a two-stage compressor station wherein a stabilization gas supply line is adjacent between the first and second stages thereof and a recuperative heat exchanger and a separator are located after the compressor station, said separator equipped with a residue outlet line with a reducing apparatus and a gas outlet supply line, located whereon are a gas drying and/or purifying unit and a fractional column with an external cold source equipped with a reflux outlet line with a reducing apparatus and a reflux gas outlet line, located whereon is a recuperative heat exchanger equipped with a dry stripped gas outlet line, a three-phase separator is installed on the reduced separation residue outlet line as a stabilization apparatus, equipped with a water condensate outlet line and an unstable hydrocarbon condensate outlet line, located whereon are an adjoinment of the reduced reflux outlet line and a stripping column with a heated bottom equipped with a PBF outlet line and an offgas outlet line connected to the gas outlet line of the three-phase separator forming a stabilization gas supply line.
EFFECT: proposed variants allow reducing metal consumption of the unit and reducing power consumption for cooling compressed gas.
