FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lubricant compositions intended primarily for transmissions, splined joints and high-load bearing assemblies with needle bearings of helicopters operating in low-amplitude swinging motion, that is, conditions of contact fretting corrosion play an important role in mechanism of wear and destruction of rolling bodies. Solution is lubricant oil based on synthetic base oil, which is dioctyl sebacate, which additionally contains cholesteryl oleate ester as an antifriction additive and a sulfur-containing additive as an anti-wear and viscous additive.
EFFECT: technical result consists in development of lubricating composition with increased to required level of tribological properties while maintaining sufficient anti-fretting action when operating in FH and LH of helicopter propellers.
