FIELD: oil refining and petrochemistry; lubricating compositions for feathering hinges of helicopter rotors.
SUBSTANCE: proposed lubricating composition contains the following components, mass-%: additives, 0.5-2.5; diisoctyl sebacate, 10-30; polyalphaolefine oil at kinematic viscosity of 1500-2500 mm2/s at 100C, 3-10; the remainder being polyalphaolefine oil at kinematic viscosity of 20-25 mm2/s at 100C. Lubricating composition contains anti-oxidants - amine and phenol additives and antiwear additive of base of aryl phosphate. Anti-oxidants and antiwear additive are taken at mass ratio of 1:1-2.
EFFECT: improved service characteristics of helicopters in hot climates.
