FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to agriculture. Unit to provide lifting and/or pressure force to sowing section of agricultural tools, having multiple sowing sections, comprises double action cylinder including first chamber and second chamber. Cylinder is configured to create a pressing force of the agricultural sowing section when its first chamber is activated, and in which the lifting force is applied to the agricultural sowing section by the second chamber at system pressure. Cylinder is interconnected with header. Pressure control valve communicating with cylinder is connected with manifold. Shutoff valve is functionally connected to the second chamber of each of cylinders of double action in each of sowing sections, for disconnection of system pressure supplied to the second chambers. Assembly also includes an on/off controller which is capable of simultaneously controlling the shutoff valve in each of the sowing sections. Collector and pressure control valve are separated from double action cylinder. Unit to provide lifting and/or pressing force on seeding unit of agricultural seeder, having multiple seeding sections, comprises double action cylinder, including first chamber on first side of piston and second chamber on side of piston rod. Cylinder is configured to provide lifting force at system pressure by feeding said system pressure from pressure system source to second cylinder chamber. Cylinder is interconnected with header. Hose of clamping force is connected with first chamber and header. Lifting hose is fluidly communicated with second chamber and header or source of pressure system. Pressure control valve is connected to the collector and communicated with the cylinder to control the pressure supplied to the first chamber. Collector and pressure control valve are arranged on working bar of agricultural implement. System for creation of lifting and/or pressure force on seeding section of agricultural tools comprises double action cylinder including first chamber on first side of piston and second chamber on side of piston rod. Diameter of the cylinder is sized to the rod located on the side of the piston rod to provide a lifting force at system pressure. At that, lifting force at system pressure provides supply of specified system pressure to the second chamber of the cylinder. Collector is communicated with cylinder. Pressure control valve is connected to the collector and communicated with the cylinder to control the pressure supplied to the first chamber. Second chamber of double action cylinder is located under system pressure to provide lifting force, and added pressure is supplied to the first chamber to overcome system pressure.
EFFECT: providing the required level of lifting and clamping force for different types of sowing sections in such a way, as well as high rate of reaction to changes in soil properties, on obstacles and other changes of landing field.
