FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, specifically to a method of making laminated stators of electrical machines. Proposed method of making laminated pack of stator of electric machine provides preparation of separate plates. At the same time flatness and height of burrs of magnet core plates are controlled, crumbling particles are removed. Plates are put into package by weight method on mandrel. Packet is subjected to preliminary crimping and rotation of the mandrel for application of the gluing impregnating composition on the laminated surface of the packet until complete saturation by capillary impregnation. Final pressing of package is performed by application of load at first to outer zone of yoke, and then to inner zone of yoke and tooth zone till obtaining of specified steel filling factor, and heat treatment of pack.
EFFECT: high efficiency of filling a laminated stack with steel.
