FIELD: electric wires.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to terminal (1) for connection of wires for clamping electric wires (15) having housing (2) from insulating material and contact element (5). Contact element (5) has sheet metal part (6) having at least one terminal spring (8). Case (2) of insulating material has at least one channel (12) for input of wire leading to each terminal spring (8). In the sheet metal part (6) there is an aperture for placing the electric wire inserted into channel (12) intended for input of the wire. Housing (2) of insulating material has side walls (13) of channel, which limit channel (12) for input of wire and are distributed inside opening.
EFFECT: technical result is providing resilient and spring-loaded clamping of wire wires.
