FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to road construction mixtures, particularly to production of modern material for road pavement with improved physical and mechanical properties. Mixture includes composite binder of one bitumen of the first row - BND 200/300, BND 130/200, BND 90/130, BND 60/90, BND 40/60 85–95 together with one of bitumen of second row - MG 40/70, MG 70/130 with predominance in the binder bitumen of the first row; basalt fiber; mineral powder; filler in form of sand and regenerated asphalt concrete, %: binder – 4–6, water - 3–12, basalt fiber - 0.15–0.7, oleic acid - 0.2–0.6, mineral powder - 4–12 , regenerated asphalt concrete - 20–40, sand is the balance.

EFFECT: technical result is improvement of physical and mechanical properties of asphalt concrete based on changed composition of mixture.
