FIELD: road building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the area of road-building compositions, particularly to producing a modern material for a road surface with improved physical and mechanical properties. The composition includes the following components. A composite binding agent from one bitumen of the first row - BND 200/300, BND 130/200, BND 90/130, BND 60/90, BND 40/60 85-95 combined with one of the bitumens of the second row - MG 40/70, MG 70/130 in a total amount of 4 to 6%, wherein bitumens of the first row constitute 85 to 95% and bitumens of the second row is 5 to 15%. A composite reinforcing fibromaterial - in the amount of 0.15 to 0.7%, wherein polyacrylonitrile fiber (PAN) constitutes 60 to 95% and basalt fiber 5 to 40%. Water is 3 to 12%, oleic acid 0.2 to 0.6%. Recycled crushed asphalt concrete and mineral powder formed from particles with dimensions not greater than 1.25 mm of recycled crushed asphalt concrete and constituting 10 to 20% of the amount of latter - in a total amount of 24 to 55%. Sand - the rest.
EFFECT: improved physical and mechanical strength properties of asphalt concrete, particularly water resistance and shear resistance.
