FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering, particularly, to engine nacelles of helicopters. Helicopter nacelle comprises engine compartment panel with outer skin and inner lining. Panel is made of high-temperature polymer composite material. Outer skin is made as a single piece together with diffusers of air intakes and undercuts for locks. Flap also includes an inner filler in the form of a trapezoidal corrugated sheet, a protective edging of the compartment of the engine compartment, made using high-temperature polymer composite materials based on carbon fibre, bismaleimide binder. Inner lining consists of titanium sheet. Flap elements are assembled by means of a glue-peel joint.
EFFECT: reduced weight, reduced number of parts and assembly units, reduced labour intensity.
