FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: rocket fuel pump includes an impeller installed on a rotating shaft and supplying rocket fuel under pressure when the impeller is driven into rotation by a drive source. Pump comprises magnetic coupling with magnetic connection of rotary shaft and drive shaft of drive source. Coupling includes the driven side magnet on the rotating shaft and the driving side magnet on the drive shaft of the drive source. Magnets of driven side and drive side are permanent magnets. Magnets of driven side have annular shape with specified angular pitch around central axis of rotation of rotating shaft. Drive-side magnets face the slave side magnets and have an annular shape with the same angular pitch as the slave side magnets to envelope the driven side magnets from the outer side. Additionally, the pump comprises a channel for flow cooling magnet, which is made with possibility of forced cooling of driven side magnet using rocket fuel. Above channel is formed between radially aligned magnets of the driven side. Auxiliary magnets of drive side are made with possibility of concluding between driving side magnets in direction of central rotation axis and installed so as to have polarity opposite to polarity of driving side magnets.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at prevention of rocket fuel leakage through pump shaft.
