FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to pump engineering and may be used in turbopump units of liquid-propellant rocket engine. Auger centrifugal pump comprises pump and auger with impeller installed on shaft. Auger is arranged with shroud. There is magnetic clutch arranged between end of auger shroud and impeller end, and magnetic bearing is installed between shaft and auger. Auger is installed with the possibility of axial displacement and is spring-loaded in end from the side of pump suction by spring of auger load control device installed on shaft. Spring is installed inside sleeve and rests on one side against its internal end, and on the other - against end of auger bush from the side of pump suction.
EFFECT: improvement of pump cavitation properties.
