FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used in development of assemblies of high-load flange joints of shafts and rotors of machines in order to ensure tightening and rigid fixation of connected flanges, as well as during replacement of cylindrical end bolts in rotors of operated turbine units during their repair without increasing volume and duration of operation. Bolt connection of flanges includes connected flanges, in through coaxial cylindrical holes of which a bushing is installed. Working surface of bush inner axial bore is tapered. Bushing is made with longitudinal incisions starting from the bushing end from the larger cone diameter side. In axial bore of the bushing there is a bolt, the rod of which has conical section, which is conjugated with conic surface of axial bore of the bushing. End part of the bushing from the side of smaller diameter of the cone is equipped with a collar located in the bore of the flange. Threaded end of the bolt protruding beyond the bushing is fitted with a nut. There is a gap between nut end face surface and bead end surface facing it.

EFFECT: technical result is simplification of design.
