FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction multivibration equipment generating asymmetrical oscillations of working equipment of construction and road machines, used, for example, for immersion into soil of building elements, such as: piles, piles-shells, tongues and their extraction; can be used in civil, industrial, power and road construction. Method for generation of directed inertial asymmetric vibrations of working equipment of vibration machines involves obtaining resultant asymmetric vertically directed force, acting alternately in direction of effective work Few and in idling Fid direction, which components Fi are simultaneously generated by n elementary vibration exciters of directed action at multiple in the form of a natural number of numbers from 1 to n ratio of angular velocities ωi shafts i-th rotation of elementary vibration exciters to angular velocity ω1 of first elementary vibration exciter shaft and decreasing static moments miri of mass mi of unbalances with eccentricities ri at increase of angular velocities ωi. Generation mode Fi of the total forcing force Few is carried out according to a law providing a given ratio of values Fi, providing a maximum asymmetry coefficient, kan = n, forcing force, as ratio of maximum magnitude of component of driving force acting in direction of effective work Few, to the value of the component of the driving force acting in the direction of idling Fid, with the received or recommended number of n elementary vibro-exciters of directed action.
EFFECT: technical result consists in generation of directed asymmetric vibrations of working equipment of vibration machines, providing maximum asymmetry coefficient of driving force as separate elementary steps, and multi-stage vibration device with asymmetric oscillations as a whole, with arbitrary number of steps with directed oscillations.
