FIELD: construction equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to multi-stage vibration devices with asymmetrical vibrations aimed at increasing operational efficiency, reducing metal consumption, increasing reliability and can be used in civil, industrial, energy and road construction. The polyharmonic vibration device comprises a housing with side walls in which shafts are installed, on bearing supports, with transmission gears forming two equivalent rows of unbalanced link shafts, making up pairwise equivalent, initial, intermediate and final unbalanced links, and one electric motor that drives the rotation of the unbalanced shafts links. The gear wheel of the initial link of each of two parallel equivalent rows is kinematically connected with the gear wheel of the final link of the adjacent row. The rotation drive of the shafts of the unbalanced links is carried out through any shaft of one of the unbalanced links.
EFFECT: synchronization of the vibration parameters of the unbalanced links, a multiple increase in the asymmetry coefficient of the driving force.
