SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods and systems for making payments using digital wallets and chat-bot. A method of processing commands for making payments by a hardware and software chat-bot module executed by a computing device and comprising steps of: receiving, through a chat session from at least one user device, a message containing a command for converting accounting units to the digital wallet; retrieving a user identifier from the received message; identifier of user's digital wallet is determined based on user identifier by means of software and hardware module of chat-bot; determining, through a software and hardware module of a chat box, a digital wallet, to which said units will be transferred; generating, by means of a chat-bot software and hardware module, a request for a transaction to transfer payment units from a user's digital wallet to a digital wallet according to said command; method involves converting settlement units according to a generated transaction request.
EFFECT: technical result consists in providing in automatic mode of processing received commands by hardware-software module of chat-bot, which interacts with messenger server.
