FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: plate for reconstruction of chronic ruptures of pubic ligament in females is made in form of plate bent in horizontal plane with extreme sections of its placement on the iliac and pubic bones of the reconstructed pelvic ring of the patient, including on both sides of the pubic symphysis. Inner bending radius of plate bent in horizontal plane is selected with radius of curvature from 49 to 58 mm. Plate bent in horizontal plane is provided with flat closed-off fixing element flat curved at angle to plane of plate bent in horizontal plane by W-shaped rounded on its vertices, made curved in vertical plane in shape, repeating form of plate horizontal bending. Angle of bending of rounded W-shaped closed fixing element in relation to horizontal plane of plate selected according to anatomical form of ischial-pubic branches of pubic bones reconstructed pelvic ring of patient, branches of rounded W-shaped closed fixing element are arranged at an angle α from 34° up to 36° to vertical plane bent in horizontal plane. Convex part of each branch of the rounded W-shaped closed fixing element is converted into a common concave part. At each extreme section of plate bent in horizontal plane there are made on 4–6 holes arranged symmetrically to center of plate with diameter from 3 to 5 mm with tapered face for fixing screws fixing. Center-to-center distances of holes are selected from 7 to 12 mm. Tapered chamfers are made on the plate on the side opposite to the side intended for contact with pubic bone. Diameter of holes cylindrical part corresponds to diameter of fixing screws. On each branch of rounded W-shaped closed fixing element there are two pairs of holes for fixing screws arrangement. First pair of holes is made in the middle part of each branch of the rounded W-shaped closed fixing element. Distance between holes centers makes 10 mm to 12 mm. First hole of second pair of holes is made on convex part of each branch, and second hole of second pair of holes is made on common concave part of rounded W-shaped closed fixing element. Distance between holes centers makes 9 mm to 11 mm.
EFFECT: invention provides reliable anatomical recovery of female pelvis shape and support function with simultaneous absence of multiplane displacements of fixed bones, excluding the possibility of destroying a plate fixed on pelvic bones in females from bending loads, creating a uniform compression of bone fragments throughout the area of pubic and iliac bones, patient's motor activity in required and sufficient degree in early postoperative period.
