FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to systems for separation of rocket-and-space, marine and aircraft engineering, namely, to bolts. Explosive bolt comprises a power housing, into a blind inner chamber of which there is a blasting explosive charge and an electric detonator. Electric detonator includes electric igniter and obturator. Power housing of the disks bolt has a cavity enveloping the separable part of the power housing and represents a truncated cone. Upper cone base is equal to outer diameter of power casing. Cone height is equal to charge height. Lower base of the cone lies in the plane of the bottom of the chamber, and its diameter is determined using a mathematical expression.
EFFECT: increased strength of split joint due to simplified joint configuration, and eliminated possibility of electric spark ignition.
