FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Apparatus for treating diaphyseal fractures of the shin bones in children comprises annular supports, pins, fixators, intraosseous rods, rod fixtures and threaded rods connecting annular supports. Annular supports – two, bar fixtures in the form of bar are installed on the base, width of which corresponds to width of annular support, one of the sides of the base located along the wide side of the bar is equipped with a longitudinal protrusion directed downwards, a threaded hole is made at the center of the said base for a fastening screw. On wide sides of bar there are transverse teeth. Along the axis of these sides there is a through groove with a width exceeding the diameter of the used intraosseous threaded rods, fixation of which in bar is carried out with nuts with rectangular washers, having on one of working surfaces teeth corresponding to bar teeth. Width of washers exceeds width of bar. In order to fix the intraosteal rods in the fixator, holes are made in the center of the washers, the diameter of which corresponds to the diameter of the intraosseous rods.

EFFECT: invention provides osteosynthesis simplification, reduced time of its implementation and possibility of dosage load on extremity in early postoperative period.
